This one-of-a-kind neighborhood of waterfront Key West-style beach cottages includes 18 single family homes that incorporate the luxury and laid-back ambiance of coastal living in Southwest Florida. Home and home site packages start at $650,000.

“The Fish Houses sit on one of the most unique and special pieces of property in Southwest Florida,” said Wallace. “The property lines extend approximately 25 feet over the water, allowing for personal slips that will accommodate boats up to 55’ and large decks that sweep out and over the water to maximize the enjoyment of the natural surroundings of this neighborhood. Each fish house is different and can be built up to four stories high.”
Picnic Key model includes three levels on the water’s edge with a dock on the rear of the property. The ground floor all-purpose room is the perfect place to relax after a day of boating and includes space to store fishing equipment. A private second level master suite with glass sliders and balcony provides views of the dock and waterway. The master bath has a free-standing tub and shower. The third level living area includes a guest bedroom and bath, the great room and kitchen with 10’ and cathedral ceilings, expansive sliding glass doors and a covered patio that extends over the water.
The location is within walking distance to the first-class amenities of Cape Harbour including the marina, shopping, restaurants, pools, and fitness facilities and has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
As an industry leader on a local and national level, Marvin Development has been building homes in Southwest Florida’s finest communities for 45 years and is one of less than 50 builders in the country to receive the Diamond Builder Award. “We are so thankful to the community of Cape Coral for welcoming us with open arms,” stated Pat Thomas, who owns and operates the location with his wife, Suzi Thomas. “We brought this brand to the Cape because we believe in the quality product and the emphasis on creating the best customer experience. It has been so rewarding to live in this community and to meet people who tell us that our coffee is the best in the Cape!”

During their Grand Opening, they raised nearly $3,000 for the Gulf Coast Humane Society, and they continue to make regular donations to this organization from customer donations for their popular “Puppuccino,” a fido-sized treat featuring whipped cream and a special doggy bone. They have also donated to area schools and plan to enhance school partnerships this year.
“Owning a Scooter’s allows us to live our passion every day, while also making a difference in the Cape Coral community,” stated Suzi Thomas. “We are extremely blessed to be in this business, and we are looking forward to bringing more of our best to the Cape in years to come.
In addition to a $100 gift card, the prize package will include exclusive Scooter’s Swag, including travel tumblers, mugs, single serve cups, bagged coffee and a coffee grinder. The winners of Sweepstakes in the Cape will be announced via social media the week of August 21.

Building on the phenomenal success they have brought to Cape Harbour Marina, the people behind Fathoms Restaurant & Bar and The French Press are set to launch a new dining concept at beautiful Tarpon Point Marina. Offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, a full bar and picnic lunches for boaters, Gather is expected to open in early October and is currently hiring for several positions, including line cooks, servers and bartenders.
