Donna has been a Rotarian for more than 25 years, and she also is involved with the Cape Coral Community Foundation, Valerie’s House and the PACE Center.

Donna Germain, president/CEO, Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce

Donna Germain has always had a passion for her hometown, so it was natural for her to start her career with the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce as membership relations manager in 2004.

Since 2004, she has enjoyed working closely with members of the community and watching local businesses flourish.

Her hard work paid off. Donna was honored to be selected president and CEO in 2015.

Donna also loves movies, music and collecting “Titanic” memorabilia.

Therese Everly, board member, Lee County Health System and Realtor, Rossman Realty

Therese Everly’s passion for health care has been a lifelong pursuit—she started stocking first-aid kits in fourth grade.

Now she’s been a health care professional and advocate for 28 years, and she is currently an elected member of the Lee County Health System board of directors.

Therese is also a real estate professional—a career she started at 19.

She enjoys spending time outdoors in Southwest Florida and traveling the world.

Gloria Tate, Realtor, Raso Realty

The population of Cape Coral was only 200 when Gloria Tate’s family moved to town. Working as a real estate professional since 1978, she has watched firsthand as the area has grown, and she is passionate about preserving Cape Coral’s history.

Gloria believes the art of listening and empowering people to make their own decisions is the key to success in her business.

When Gloria isn’t busy working, she enjoys being with her family, including her four sisters and three grandchildren.

Stacy Lomonaco, vice president/branch manager, Regions Bank

Stacy Lomonaco prides herself on not being the stereotypical banker. She’s passionate about personally connecting with her clients, maintaining long-term relationships and guiding them to achieve their financial goals.

Stacy is also an active volunteer. She serves on the boards of CRA for the city of Cape Coral and Babcock Neighborhood School. She’s dedicated more than 450 hours of her time over the past few years.
