Atrium at Liberty Park Breaks Ground

Developer Aileron Capital Management has begun construction of Atrium at Liberty Park, a senior living community, located at 1321 NE 24th Ave. in Cape Coral.

The 110,000-square-foot building will feature 130 apartment homes with supervised independent living, assisted living and memory care options. Residents will enjoy a wide variety of amenities, including fine dining, a bistro, a club room, a theater, a salon and barbershop, an arts and crafts studio, a library and more.

Atrium at Liberty Park is part of a 32-acre mixed-use project that will also include 320 Class A apartment units, as well as retail and commercial space.

 

Managed by Meridian Senior Living LLC, Atrium at Liberty Park will create more than 80 new jobs in the city, as well as bring much-needed care to residents. While this community marks Meridian’s entry into the Southwest Florida market, Meridian manages 10 additional senior living communities throughout Florida.
