Women from all over Florida united to learn fishing skills at the “Ladies, Let’s Go Fishing!” Gulf Coast University held March 23-25 at Bass Pro Shops in Fort Myers. The university offered education, hands-on fishing activities, networking and an optional fishing trip.

Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours

The Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce hosts a Business After Hours Networking Event from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. the third Thursday of each month. The event features the opportunity to network with 100+ members, great giveaways and sponsorship opportunities. February’s event was held at Kaiser University.

Cape Coral Lifestyle Mutt Strut 5K/Fun Mile

Cape Coral Lifestyle hosted the first Mutt Strut 5K/Fun Mile, a family- and pet-friendly walk/run event to help raise money for the future Cape Coral Animal Shelter. The event also included a post-race party with food, vendors, music and awards for cutest and best-dressed pets!

Achieva Credit Union Annual Coconut Run

Achieva Credit Union is proud to partner with Cape Coral's Coconut Festival sponsoring the annual 5K run. More than 160 adults and 50 kids participated in this year's run. Cape Coral Special Events puts on Coconut Festival every November at the Sunsplash Water Park.

Mighty Mikey Foundation Donates Puppet to Golisano Children’s Hospital

The Seventh Annual Catch the Vision Event was held November 14 at Cape Christian. Catch the Vision is a real estate look forward to what will be happening in Cape Coral in 2018. More than 700 people attended the event which had exciting announcements of what is coming in Cape Coral.

The Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting in October for Supercuts, 1119 S. Del Prado Blvd., Suite 9. The event featured networking and refreshments. 

Seventh Annual Toast to Hope

The Seventh Annual Toast to Hope was held in October at a residence in Cape Coral. Funds raised will benefit the Tribute Gardens at Hope Hospice and support the needs of patients and their families.
