Cape Cops Go Pink

During October, Cape Coral Police Department personnel showed their support for those affected by breast cancer. Officers were given the option to purchase pink badges and/or ID card lanyards in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. A portion of the proceeds from each badge and lanyard went directly to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

After-Hours Antics at the Cleaners

Cape Cleaners hosted the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce's monthly Business After Hours event in September. Owners Dan and Loretta Puleio celebrated the opening of their new location—at 30 Hancock Bridge Parkway—with chamber members and guests.

Women from all over Florida united to learn fishing skills at the “Ladies, Let’s Go Fishing!” Gulf Coast University held March 23-25 at Bass Pro Shops in Fort Myers. The university offered education, hands-on fishing activities, networking and an optional fishing trip.
